I have uploaded 3 excel app , but from 25 march 2020 onward ,all app facing
error issue showing on every output/result page as "error in processing data"
earlier it was working well but now from above date each time showing
"error in processing data" after long delay after hit on go button.
please help
i have already search in support section for related issue as well as drop several mail at you mention in website but no solution found
please care this issue is continuously occur from 25 march 2020 till date i am facing it

but my question is that, why this stopped ???
due to covid-19 pandemic or due to anything else ?? , kindly clarify .!
and also how long will the services be stopped without any prior information ???
what are the option for those who use your services in primary manner in there work ?
pls clify so that i can further decision to work on my project...
