Hi,

Our samples are working fine. Your excel might have unsupported format. Please create a new sheet and with our XLApp

that problem still exists allof my outputs are that way xlsx and the reply i get is json error

Can't reload xlsx. It was working until yesterday.
Even cloning a perfectly working xlapp results in a JSON ERROR Parseerror.
Existing xlapp settings were lost, new settings cannot be saved.

possibly they want us to pay in order not to have problems...That would be ok without problem but we need to be sure everythink is fine and an issue like that never appear again

Hi,

Our samples are working fine. Your excel might have unsupported format. Please create a new sheet and check with our XLApp.
Please refer XLApp tutorials and check your excel. If you are not able to find the issue , please share your excel to our support "support@godbtech.com"

Sorry for the inconvenience regarding "JSON" error. JSON error occurred mostly based on the Cloud storage issue.
Please try after certain time interval.
